{"id":1253,"date":"2011-12-29T19:35:07","date_gmt":"2011-12-29T19:35:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rossis.me\/?p=1253"},"modified":"2011-12-29T19:35:07","modified_gmt":"2011-12-29T19:35:07","slug":"redford-spreads-holiday-cheer-to-needy-kids","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rosseducation.edu\/blog\/redford-spreads-holiday-cheer-to-needy-kids\/","title":{"rendered":"Redford Spreads Holiday Cheer to Needy Kids"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rosseducation.edu\">Ross Medical Education Center<\/a>, located at 9327 Telegraph Road, had a lot of fun making the season bright for many local kids in December.<\/p>\n<p>We collected two large boxes of books and more than 50 stuffed animals for children and teens as part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chmfoundation.org\/\">Children\u2019s Hospital of Michigan Foundation\u2019s<\/a> annual SNOWPILE fundraiser.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, students and staff also donated coats and other winter clothing items for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.operationwarm.org\/\">Operation Warm<\/a>, a nationwide program that provides new winter outerwear to needy kids.
