\t\t\t\t\"Ross<\/a>After offering quality healthcare training programs, one of the main goals of Ross Medical Education Center<\/a> is to bring the greatest possible impact to their students\u2019 lives and their community. That\u2019s why each of the Ross campuses are consistently looking to partner with new community organizations in their local areas. This year Ross was contacted by a representative from Two Men and a Truck<\/a> and invited to join them during their Movers for Moms<\/a> campaign. Many campuses across several states took part in the campaign, including Ann Arbor<\/a> and New Baltimore<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ross in Ann Arbor was thrilled to help their local community by joining the Movers for Moms campaign. They loved the idea of supporting moms that had fallen on hard times over Mother\u2019s Day. Students brought in a large amount of baby items, toiletries, and some non-perishable food items to donate. The staff, faculty, and students in Ann Arbor love to help out the local community as much as they can. Movers for Moms was a great way to show their support and help others in need. “The feeling you get when helping out another person is just amazing, it shows you care and that you love your community,\u201d shared Joi Jennings, Ann Arbor’s Pharmacy Technician<\/a> Instructor.<\/p>\n

\"Ross<\/a>New Baltimore also enjoyed their partnership with Two Men and a Truck! As a campus they were able to collect daily living items needed for women who have been able to escape from domestic violence and are in the helping hands of Turning Point. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, feminine products, socks, underwear, soap, and deodorant are just a few items that the staff, faculty, and students at the campus were able to collect to assist these women in need. Jennifer Maniaci, Campus Director, said, \u201cwe were happy to play a part in this great cause!\u201d<\/p>\n
