\t\t\t\t\"Ross<\/a>The Ross Medical Education Center<\/a> campuses in Ann Arbor<\/a>, Brighton<\/a>, Canton<\/a>, and Taylor<\/a> have enjoyed a partnership with Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan<\/a> in Ann Arbor, MI as a graduate employer for their Medical Assistant<\/a> and Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration<\/a> students for the last several years. The partnership is already strong and only continues to grow. In fact, from the Brighton campus alone, they have hired approximately 60 Ross graduates! The graduates that have been hired by Manpower have expressed their enjoyment in working for them and their appreciation for the doors that open to them in the field. The staff is consistently very supportive of students and Ross as a whole, serving on the Advisory Board and visiting the campuses to assist with mock interviews.<\/p>\n

What do you like about Ross graduates?<\/strong>
\nThey are prepared to enter the workforce upon graduation from Ross. The strong education they receive and the experience they gain during their externship helps them to be successful in the workforce.<\/p>\n

What do you like about working with Ross?<\/strong>
\nWe can always depend on Ross to provide us with capable and knowledgeable medical assistants, medical billers, and other administrative health care staff.<\/p>\n

How is the Career Services staff at Ross?<\/strong>
\nThey are always friendly; they care about their students and they are attentive to our requests.<\/p>\n

What would you say is the benefit of Ross\u2019 externship program?<\/strong>
\nWe know that as a result of their externship, they will be able to utilize the classroom skills they learned in the workplace as well as have an opportunity to gain new skills.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the success rate of Ross graduates?<\/strong>
\nWe have a high success rate in placing Ross graduates on assignment at various customer locations within SE Michigan.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the main advantage of hiring a Ross graduate after externship?<\/strong>
\nWe are continuously impressed with the Ross graduates. They come out of the program ready to work with an understanding of the field and the work ethic required to be successful.<\/p>\n

If it wasn\u2019t for Ross graduates, how would your organization be affected?<\/strong>
\nWe wouldn\u2019t have as many prepared students to select from for our open positions.<\/p>\n
