\t\t\t\t\"Employer<\/a>The Ross Medical Education Center campus in Dayton, Ohio<\/a> has enjoyed a partnership with Nenonene Family Medicine as an externship site and graduate employer for their Medical Assistant program students and graduates<\/a> for the past several years. In that time, they have taken many externs and hired quite a few graduates as well. \u201cRoss students enjoy working with Dr. Nenonene, and Nenonene Family Medicine has always provided positive feedback about Ross students, rating them as very well prepared and properly trained\/skilled,\u201d shared Chelsea Weber, Career Services Representative at the Dayton campus. \u201cOne of the best things about working with them is their willingness to take on externs and their cooperation throughout the externship experience.\u201d The staff is very welcoming and students consistently enjoy their experience at the facility.<\/p>\n

What do you like about Ross graduates?<\/strong>
\nIn our office, nearly everyone is a Ross graduate. We know they are accountable, reliable, and professional.<\/p>\n

What is something you like about working with Ross?<\/strong>
\nWe like working with Ross because their students are well educated, and the campus is organized.<\/p>\n

How is the Career Services staff at Ross?<\/strong>
\nThe Career Services staff is excellent. They always follow up with the office to set up interviews or give us externs.<\/p>\n

How would you describe your experience with having externs from Ross?<\/strong>
\nThe externs that we take provide a lot of help. They improve the work atmosphere with their energy and excitement, and we also help them.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the success rate of Ross graduates?<\/strong>
\nThey have been very successful; in fact we have three here and our office is fairly small.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the main advantage of hiring a Ross graduate?<\/strong>
\nThey are more knowledgeable and professional.<\/p>\n

How would your facility be affected if it weren\u2019t for Ross graduates?<\/strong>
\nConsidering that they make up such a big part of our staff, we would have a hard time finding good staff.<\/p>\n
