\t\t\t\t\"Ross<\/a>Recently, the staff, faculty, and students at Ross Medical Education Center\u2019s campus in Cincinnati, Ohio<\/a> had the pleasure of having not just one guest speaker but three! Kate Morgan, Business Development and Outreach Coordinator, Matt Gunderman, Director, and Bill Hinkley, Medical Director and Air Care Physician for University of Cincinnati Air Care & Mobile Care<\/a> paid a visit to the campus. They were educated on the significance and size of the impact the team of medical professionals that work for University of Cincinnati Air Care & Mobile Care has on the local community. They also shared some amazing stories of people who were transported and whose lives were saved through the hard work and passion that these medical professionals have towards saving lives.<\/p>\n

One of the great things about having staff, faculty, and students that are passionate about their healthcare and about their community is the incredible connections that are made. Ross in Cincinnati was connected with this group through one of their students in the Medical Assistant program<\/a>, Hailey Senger, whose life was greatly impacted by University of Cincinnati Air Care & Mobile Care.<\/p>\n

\"Ross<\/a>Just a few years ago Hailey was in a major car accident that threatened her life. She was transported by University of Cincinnati Air Care to their hospital where she was only expected to live another 48 hours. Hailey is with us today because of the dedication of the entire staff who transported her. Each of them played an instrumental role in getting her stabilized and transported safely to the hospital and to life-saving care. She is now an active member with University of Cincinnati Air Care & Mobile Care as an Air Care & Mobile Care Champion. Champions are a group of individuals who are former patients, family members, staff and physicians who are committed to supporting Air Care & Mobile Care.<\/p>\n

University of Cincinnati Air and Mobile Care is a non-profit organization which depends tremendously on donations. They are hosting a fundraising event coming up on April 22nd, 2016 called the “Cincy Lip Sync Battle” and all donations go towards their cause.
