The Ross Medical Education Center campus in Port Huron has had the great pleasure of sending externship students and graduates to Michigan Neurology and Spine Center for the last several years. The office has enthusiastically taken students from both the Medical Assistant and Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration programs. Bob Wyatt, the site’s Practice Manager, is on the advisory board along with a physician’s assistant and a few Ross graduates that are employed there. Over the years, the office has grown tremendously from one physician to now include a team made up of a psychologist, a physical therapist, a nurse practitioner, a physician assistant, and a physical therapy assistant in addition to other office staff members which include Ross graduates almost exclusively. Bob and the rest of the staff are very caring and interested in giving the students a great experience. They want to help them to enhance their skills so that they can succeed in their field.
