Opened in 2008, the Ross Medical Education Center Cincinnati campus is conveniently located just north of the downtown area. The campus can be easily accessed by both I-75 and I-275 and is across the street from the Tri-County Mall on Kemper Rd.
As the third largest city in Ohio, nestled on the state line between Ohio and Kentucky, Cincinnati has access to a large network of hospitals, specialty clinics, pharmacies, and research centers. This combination of healthcare facilities makes Cincinnati a great location to pursue healthcare training.
A few things I like about Ross are the class size: not too big and not too small, so you're sure to get any answers or questions you have answered in class. Another thing I like is their hands-on portion in clinic. To me, it is very helpful and handy to learn before going out to extern. Lastly, what I like is the support you have from everyone. They just want to see you succeed and be confident. Also, the peer tutor program that is available to offer more help from students in your own class.RJ Russell Graduate Medical Assistant student at Knoxville, TN campus Graduation: January 31, 2019
I am so grateful for my opportunity at Ross. Being able to just start in a program and learn the skills I need to become a Dental Assistant without the hassle of taking extra classes in such a short time is awesome. The Ross staff is amazing and so supportive throughout the whole experience. I would recommend Ross to anyone and everyone. In May of 2017, I decided to start my journey, and though many obstacles popped up trying to prevent me from starting, I was able to begin school in June of 2017. When I started school, I was working a part time job and juggling being a full time mom of six beautiful children. It wasn't easy; it took hard work and dedication. I kept two planners: one for work and appointments, the other for school assignments and tests. In January of of 2018, I finished my externship and received my certificate. I even accepted a position when I finished my externship; my hard work had paid off. I absolutely love my job! My team members and patients are great. Best of all, they make work fun. I have truly found my calling.Erica Shelly Graduate Medical Assistant student at Kokomo, IN campus Graduation: January 3, 2018
Ross has given me the opportunity to finish what I started years ago. As a mother of three, they gave me options that fit my schedule. Their accelerated Medical Assistant program was just the right fit. Now I have the skills and education I need to jump-start my career.Brittany Graduate Medical Assistant student at Granger, IN campus Graduation: March 12, 2019
I chose Ross Medical Education Center to better my life for myself and my children. They have several courses to choose from. From the moment I walked through the doors, I could tell they had a very professional, encouraging, and caring staff to help me succeed. Since day one they've been understanding and kind in all the situations life has dealt me through this exciting journey. Ross has changed my life by allowing me to find the part of myself that has been locked away. Strength. Because of their support, I have pushed myself to be better not only in school but in life. It has given me confidence and courage I didn't know I had. I feel secure in life knowing they have my back and I now have the ability to have my own career and never have to depend on anyone. By making the decision to come to Ross, I've changed my tomorrow today.Jessica Walker Graduate Medical Assistant student at Owensboro, KY campus Graduation: April 24, 2019
