For the second year in a row, the Fort Wayne campus gathered staff, students and family members to participate in the 2012 Great American Cleanup on May 19.
Wearing gloves and toting trash bags, the Fort Wayne campus cleared the surrounding area around their location at 4122 Lima Road. These self-professed “neat freaks” joined other businesses and groups throughout the town to clean parks, trails and neighborhoods. As a thank-you for their participation, all cleanup volunteers where invited to a post-trash bash at Headwaters Park East.
“The Cleanup is a great way to get everyone involved in beautifying our city,” said Dawn Modlin, Campus Director.
