This summer, Ross campuses in Madison Heights, Michigan and Granger, Indiana, held blood drives to replenish local supplies. In total, the two campuses collected 38 units of blood. Each unit can save up to 3 lives. That’s a whopping total of 114 potential lives saved!
“We’re proud of the students and staff for helping to meet the needs of local blood banks,” said Betty Williams, Campus Director, Granger. “It’s absolutely critical for those of us involved in allied health education to do what we can to help our neighbors.”
All 22 Ross campuses hold several blood drives throughout the year. To find the next scheduled blood drive in your area, contact a Ross campus nearest you! Ross is located in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia.
