Students and staff at the Madison Heights campus aren’t shy about rolling up their sleeves for a good cause. In September, Ross students and staff partnered with the American Red Cross of Southeastern Michigan and donated 21 whole units of blood and brought in 8 first-time donors. Each unit can help up to 3 people.
“As a school that’s focused on allied health careers, what better way to help the community than host a blood drive,” said Campus Director, Doreen Lang.
The campus will continue its efforts with another blood drive in January 2012.
