During the week of February 10th the staff and students at Ross Medical Education Center in Portage, MI made Valentine’s Day cards for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center’s patients. The cards were delivered to each patient on Valentine’s Day through their volunteer services team.
The Battle Creek VA Medical Center has been open since 1924 and currently houses 220 patients. With over 217,000 veterans living in the Southwest Michigan area, the center’s services are of great need.
