The annual Port Huron Hospital’s Children’s Fun and Fitness event proved to be full of fun for the Ross Port Huron campus.
The Port Huron Hospital Children’s Fun and Fitness event is for kids, ages 2-11 and includes health screenings, interactive stations and fun activities. Medical Assisting instructors Beth Stroh and MaryJo Jobbitt, chatted up kids and their families at the Ross booth, which focused on the heart. Children got to decorate a heart diagram, learn how to use a stethoscope, and play the heart ring-toss game!
Campus Director, Mia Vargo said, “Port Huron Hospital does a great job of reaching out to kids and their parents. We’re happy to be part of such a fun event and to meet many local residents.”
