I can honestly say that enrolling in the Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration program at Ross Medical has changed my life for the better. I can take what I have learned and get a better paying job to support my family and grow professionally. The staff and students are like a second family to me. Not only have I learned about coding and office administration, I have formed life-long friendships.Nicole Brenner Graduate Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration student at Knoxville, TN campus Graduation: March 12, 2019
Going to Ross was the best decision I have made for myself. I never really liked school, but they helped me build confidence and reach goals I wasn't aware I was capable of. They helped me every step of the way to find the career of my dreams. To me, Ross isn't a school; they're a family. Anyone who is considering Ross as a school should go for it. I guarantee you won't regret it.Anastasia Archer Graduate Medical Assistant student at Port Huron, MI campus Graduation: November 21, 2018
Ross has given me confidence that I haven't had in a long time. I've made some great friends and learned a lot while being here. I decided to further my career in the medical field because of my grandma who passed away last year. I'm glad I decided to do it every day when I pick up my kids from school. My doctor asks me if I'm going to be a doctor. I just laugh and say "Far from it," but I'm glad she sees me in that light.Sarah Long Graduate Medical Assistant student at Owensboro, KY campus Graduation: March 27, 2019
Ross helped me get back on track to achieving my career goals. They kept me focused and when things got tough, Ross pushed me to keep going and to not give up.Alicia Nelp Graduate Medical Assistant student at Ann Arbor, MI campus Graduation: March 8, 2019
The program has changed me a lot. I learned to be more professional. I've learned a lot and I watched myself make progress, from getting better grades to having a better and more professional attitude, as well as understanding situations better. It also expanded my knowledge about the medical field. I recommend the program if you are looking to go into the medical field, I think it's a good start.Anderih Toma Graduate Medical Assistant student at Madison Heights, MI campus Graduation: November 18, 2019
