Who can help me over the phone or email?The Office of Admissions is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If I can’t come to a campus visit, what are my other options?Call the campus to speak with an admissions representative if you have any questions. Additionally, we have a process in place for you to connect virtually.
Do I need access to a computer to complete a remote appointment?Admissions does not require prospective students to have computer access when completing the admissions process over the phone. We do encourage prospective students to have access to a smartphone.
Are large groups allowed?No.
Are other Ross departments open?Yes. You are encouraged to contact respective offices via email or phone call with any questions or concerns.

Will the dates for orientation change?No; however, you will have an option to attend a one-on-one virtual orientation.
