Each member of the staff at Ross College and Ross Medical Education Center works hard to ensure that you are provided the benefits of a professional learning environment. We encourage all of our students to bring any concerns to the attention of our faculty or campus director in order to have them addressed. If, however, you do not feel that your concerns were satisfactorily addressed, Ross provides the following formal procedures for addressing a concern.
Students must first meet with the campus director in an effort to address the concern. If you feel that your concern has not been resolved, then you should file a written complaint with at Ross Education, LLC:
Ross will acknowledge receipt of your written complaint within three working days. A written response will follow within 10 working days. If the response still does not rectify the concern, you may request to arrange a meeting for the concerned parties.
