There are some people that know that success doesn’t only making sure you are doing the best you can; it also means helping others achieve all they can along the way. One of those people is Frankie Jones. She is never satisfied with just doing everything she can for herself; she wants to also bring those around her up to their full potential. Frankie graduated in June of 2015 from the Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration program at Ross Medical Education Center in Roosevelt Park, Michigan.
Frankie is perfect for the healthcare field as she loves working with people and helping those around her. Immediately upon meeting her this becomes obvious as she greets you with a warm smile and her warm, genuine personality. She effortlessly lights up a room and brings hope to everyone around her. One of the most unique traits that she possesses is her constant belief that every single person has potential, no matter what.
This trait was made especially evident when a fellow classmate went through some hard times and was ready to give up on completing her program. Frankie would not allow her to quit. She called her classmate, and when that did not work, Frankie drove to the classmate’s house and got her back on track. When asked why she went to those extremes, her response was “why wouldn’t I care? People need to believe that other people believe in them. I knew that she had potential and just did not realize it. I wanted her to know her potential and to be successful. I want everyone to be successful.”
With students like Frankie around, their positive attitude and atmosphere is an inspiration to all those around them to be successful. Then, even when they start to doubt, students like Frankie are right there to boost them back up. After completing her externship and graduating from her program in June, she was offered a position by her externship site as a Patient Registration Clerk at Mercy Health’s Hackley Campus.
