Ross is bringing its Nursing Assistant program to Monroe. Through a partnership with Commonwealth Home Health Network and Monroe County Community College, students across Southeast Michigan can now train to become nursing assistants right on MCCC’s campus. The program is short and hands-on: in just a few weeks, students learn the day-to-day patient care skills nursing assistants rely on, complete clinical hours with real patients, and prepare for the State of Michigan Nurse Aide Certification Examination. Commonwealth Home Health Network brings the care-setting experience, MCCC brings the classroom, and Ross brings the training that has helped students start healthcare careers for over 50 years.
